Open-Box Video Mandatory

To be eligible for any return or replacement, an uninterrupted open-box video is compulsory.
The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The full unboxing process

  • The product and any issue/damage visible

Without an open-box video, no return, refund, or replacement will be accepted.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product (verified through open-box video)

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • No open-box video provided

  • Used or partially consumed products

  • Minor packaging damage without product issue

  • Requests raised after the return window

Return Request Window

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Open-box video

  • Clear explanation of the issue

Refund Process

Once the return is approved and the product is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
